How To Enter The Raffle

We are hoping that this virtual raffle, marks the end of our lockdown fundraising, after what has been a rollercoaster year. With the Hall re-opening just 5 weeks away, Obviously according to government guidance, we’ve decided to hold another virtual raffle with some amazing prizes to be given away.

Thanks to the generous support from numerous local businesses and individuals we have received some fabulous prizes. This means that there will be more than 10 prizes to give away. In fact, there are so many prize donations that we’ve had to pop the list of businesses here.

The winning numbers will be drawn and published on our website and social media on 5th June.

All we need now is for members of our lovely community to support our fundraising endeavours by purchasing raffle tickets to enter the prize draw. This will help us to try and complete all of the hall improvements that we hope to do this year. So far, we have been successful in raising funds for new windows and external doors, damp proofing, and we are working towards becoming a warm, carbon efficient community venue, and already have new LED lighting, loft insulation and are hoping to install more energy efficient appliances.

How to enter
To purchase raffle tickets and be in with a chance of winning one of our amazing prizes, simply head over to our donation platform https://www.totalgiving.co.uk/appeal/springopenthedoors

Tickets will be on sale from 12th April until midnight on 28th May.

Each raffle ticket will cost £3, or you can increase your chances of winning by purchasing four tickets for £10.

When your money has been processed through the donation platform, a member of the committee will email you with the number(s) of your raffle tickets. We’ll get onto this as soon as we can, but please be patient if there’s a bit of a delay.

As in any raffle, once your number is drawn it is then taken out of the draw.

Simply log onto Total Giving and ensure you’re on the Virtual Raffle page

Click the Donate button and then enter the donation value – £3 will purchase one ticket or it’s four tickets for £10. You can purchase as many as you like!

When asked for donation type please enter as a ‘one off’. The Appeal type is ‘virtual raffle’.

In the comments box please enter the word “Raffle” and the number of tickets you have requested.

Please enter ‘no’ to Gift Aid, as we can’t claim Gift Aid on a raffle.

Finally, please ensure you’ve ticked to agree to the T&Cs.

Once the donation has been confirmed, we’ll be in touch with you to confirm your raffle ticket numbers.
