How to Enter the Raffle 

Tickets will be on sale right up until 6pm on 21st December. Each raffle ticket will cost £3, or you can increase your chances of winning by buying four tickets for £10.

When your money has been processed through the donation platform, someone from the committee will email you with the number(s) of your raffle tickets. We’ll get onto this as soon as we can, but please be patient if there’s a bit of a delay.

Our aim is to publish the draw live on Facebook each day, with the winning numbers also published on the Upperthong Village Hall website and our Instagram page. If you haven’t heard from us and you have a winning number, feel free to give us a prompt by emailing on [email protected]

As in any raffle, once your number is drawn it is then taken out of the draw, but remember you can purchase more tickets if you still want to be in with another chance of winning.

Simply log onto Total Giving and ensure you’re on the Virtual Raffle page (countdown to Christmas)

Click the Donate button and then enter the donation value – £3 will purchase one ticket or it’s four tickets for £10. You can purchase as many as you like!

When asked for donation type please enter as a ‘one off’. The Appeal type is ‘virtual raffle’.

In the comments box please enter the number of tickets you have requested.

Please enter ‘no’ to Gift Aid, as we can’t claim Gift Aid on a raffle.

Finally, please ensure you’ve ticked to agree to the T&Cs.

Once the donation has been confirmed, we’ll be in touch with you to confirm your raffle ticket numbers, we will try to ensure that this is up to date by the time of the draw each day. Please do not request tickets after the close of the raffle -6pm 21st December…… the page will still be open for donations but raffle tickets will not be issued!

The draws will be made in the evenings, but please bear with us if it is not the same time each evenings, we are all juggling this around our day jobs as well.

We will post the results on social media and on our website.
