Upperthong is a village, approximately 950 feet (290 m) above sea level, near to the town of Holmfirth. It is in the shadow of the Pennines, surrounded by some beautiful countryside. The village centre has also retained a wonderful feeling and the streets are lined with cottages. Don’t take our word for it, check out the pictures.
